Hay una canción que no me reproduce, me la envían amigos y mi cuenta nunca la reproduce. Ayuda con esto o cancelo el plan

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Can you let me know if this happens with just one song, or if it happens with other songs as well? Also, you mentioned that your friends shared it with you — are they residing in the same region as you, or somewhere else?

It might be worth a clean reinstall of the app following these steps if you are experiencing this with other songs.
