Trying to remove someone else's email address from my account

My Question or Issue

My mum has just contacted me saying she is trying to sign up for Spotify but her email address is apparently already linked to my account. I can't find her email address anywhere in my account and am not sure I would have ever added her to my account. I have a Duo Plan with my husband.  She says she cannot create an account or do anything other than log into my account using her email address, which is weird because I have to use my email address to sign in to my account. Is anyone able to help me work out how to remove her email address from my account when I can't even see it anywhere in my account information.
