Premium user, webplayer at desktop (windows) keeps skipping songs

Premium user, webplayer at desktop (windows) keeps skipping songs

After clicking "play" on a playlist, it just skips through some songs after 1 second and then freezes. Only having this issue on the webplayer (I can't download the app on this desktop). Very frustrating and now I can't use it and play music while working! I tried, logging in and out, and restarting the computer; internet connection is good.

This sounds like a strange problem, and I've seen some other complaints today.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? This differs per browser, but generally, it's found in your privacy settings.

When you restart your computer, are you using the Shutdown button, then powering back on, or are you using the Restart button? I've found the latter works better because of a Windows savestate feature.

Could you link a playlist you're having problems with? I tried one of mine and had no issues.
